A label born into a huge void.
The idea to create a label specific to such a small country might sound like a whole lot of nonsense. But only to those not familiar with the rich music industry in Luxembourg. Featuring dozens of internationally acclaimed composers, orchestras, ensembles and soloists, Luxembourg’s classical music scene certainly is ripe for a label that actually picks up and carries the musicians in a domain oftentimes very foreign to them.
We seized the opportunity
The idea to create a real record production label emerged back in 2018. Until then, our President and founder has produced a little over 13 productions per year in Luxembourg alone since 2012. Many of these productions where featured and published on internationally acclaimed labels. The only thing missing was a real career-building opportunity for your talents as labels used to do. That’s where Luxembourg Classics comes in.
